This will be used in the emails you send from Outlook.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Email address<\/strong>: Your Zoho account\u00a0email address (user@domain.com or\u00a0<em><strong>email aliases<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0for organization accounts\u00a0or username@zoho.com, if you have a personal account)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Server Information: \u00a0<\/strong>For specific configuration related to your account, check\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/mail.zoho.com\/mail\/zmset.do#12\">this<\/a>\u00a0section.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Select\u00a0<strong>POP3<\/strong>\u00a0from the\u00a0<strong>Account Type<\/strong>\u00a0menu.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Incoming server:<\/strong>\u00a0<u><em>poppro.zoho.com<\/em><\/u>\u00a0&#8211; for organization accounts (if your domain is hosted with Zoho).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Outgoing Server:<\/strong>\u00a0<u><em>smtp.zoho.com<\/em><\/u><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Logon Information:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Username<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 The email address of your Zoho account (user@yourdomain.com for Email Hosting users \/ username@zoho.com for personal users).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Password<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Zoho Account Password (Use\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.zoho.com\/mail\/help\/adminconsole\/two-factor-authentication.html#alink5\">Application-specific Password<\/a>\u00a0if Two-Factor Authentication is enabled for your account.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that\u00a0&#8216;<strong>Remember Password&#8217;\u00a0<\/strong>is<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>checked, and click\u00a0<strong>More Settings<\/strong>.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.zohowebstatic.com\/sites\/default\/files\/outlookpop2.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/li>\n<li><strong>Outgoing Server<\/strong>\u00a0tab: Select\u00a0<strong>My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication<\/strong>\u00a0and ensure that\u00a0<strong>Use same settings as my incoming server<\/strong>\u00a0is checked.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.zohowebstatic.com\/sites\/default\/files\/outlookpop3.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/li>\n<li>Select the\u00a0<strong>Advanced<\/strong>\u00a0tab and configure the Settings as follows:\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Incoming Server (POP3):<\/strong>\u00a0995<\/li>\n<li>Select the\u00a0<strong>This server requires an encrypted connection (SSL)\u00a0<\/strong>checkbox.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Outgoing Server (SMTP):<\/strong>\u00a0465<\/li>\n<li>In Outgoing Server, Select\u00a0<strong>SSL<\/strong>\u00a0from the drop down for the encrypted connection.<\/li>\n<li>Click\u00a0<strong>OK<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.zohowebstatic.com\/sites\/default\/files\/outlookpop4.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/strong><\/li>\n<li>You will be redirected back to the &#8216;Add New Email Account&#8217; section.<\/li>\n<li>Click\u00a0<strong>Test Account Settings<\/strong>\u00a0to check the configuration info.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>When the tests are successful, Outlook will display\u00a0a popup as shown below.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.zohowebstatic.com\/sites\/default\/files\/outlookpop5.png\" alt=\"\" \/>\u200b<\/li>\n<li>Click\u00a0<strong>Close<\/strong>.
