You can export the emails in an entire folder, or based on a specific time period or recent few months of email for Up to past 1 year of emails.<\/p>\n<h3>Steps to Export emails from Zoho\u00a0Mail\/ Other Mail Accounts configured:<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Login to\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.zoho.com\/mail\/login.html\">Zoho Mail<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Go to\u00a0<strong>Settings<\/strong><span class=\"zp-icon-settings\">\u00a0<\/span>\u200b<\/li>\n<li>Navigate to\u00a0<strong><a class=\"pop-out\" href=\"https:\/\/mail.zoho.com\/zm\/#settings\/all\/importexport\">Import\/ Export<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>\u200b<\/li>\n<li>In the Export section, choose the folder from which you want to export the emails.\n<ol>\n<li>Select the duration (in months) from the drop down box.<\/li>\n<li>You can also choose the date range for which you want the emails to be exported.<\/li>\n<li>Alternately, to export the entire folder, choose &#8216;<strong>Export\u00a0all emails in the folder<\/strong>&#8216;.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><br \/>\n<script>\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({\n          google_ad_client: \"ca-pub-6037412122624198\",\n          enable_page_level_ads: true\n     });\n<\/script>\n<\/li>\n<li>Click\u00a0<strong>Export<\/strong>.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"new-img\" src=\"https:\/\/www.zohowebstatic.com\/sites\/default\/files\/exportfolder.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/li>\n<li>The export process will begin for the emails in the specific folder based on the parameters set by you.<\/li>\n<li>After some time, you will receive a notification email with a link to download the exported emails as a .zip file.<\/li>\n<li>The email will be sent to the same account from which you are exporting the emails.<\/li>\n<li>Make sure that you are accessing the link from your webmail, and are logged in to your Zoho account.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"note\">\n<h4>Note:<\/h4>\n<p>When you select the Date range or specific months for emails in that folder, it is better to check whether there are emails in that folder, within the specified date range.
