In this article, We will show you how to merge multiple .pst files into Microsoft Outlook.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Merge all existing PST files into the newly created blank PST<\/em><\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>To merge PST files into the new file created above, follow these steps:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>In the Outlook window, click on <strong>File<\/strong> &gt;\u00a0<strong>Open &amp; Export<\/strong>\u00a0&gt;\u00a0<strong>Import\/Export<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn.extendoffice.com\/images\/stories\/doc-outlook\/merge-pst-file\/doc-merge-pst-file-2.png\" width=\"480\" height=\"417\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Step 2: In the coming Import and Export Wizard dialog box, click to select the\u00a0<strong>Import from another program or file<\/strong>, and then click the\u00a0<strong>Next<\/strong>button.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn.extendoffice.com\/images\/stories\/doc-outlook\/merge-pst-file\/doc-merge-pst-file-3.png\" width=\"453\" height=\"348\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Step 3: In the Import a File dialog box, click to select the\u00a0<strong>Outlook Data File (.pst)<\/strong>, and then click the\u00a0<strong>Next\u00a0<\/strong>button.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn.extendoffice.com\/images\/stories\/doc-outlook\/merge-pst-file\/doc-merge-pst-file-4.png\" width=\"452\" height=\"346\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Step 4: In the Import Outlook Data File dialog box, check the option of\u00a0<strong>Do not import duplicates<\/strong>, and then click the\u00a0<strong>Browse<\/strong>\u00a0button.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn.extendoffice.com\/images\/stories\/doc-outlook\/merge-pst-file\/doc-merge-pst-file-5.png\" width=\"450\" height=\"337\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Step 5: In the coming Open Outlook Data Files dialog box, find out and select the .pst file (old) you don\u2019t open in Outlook, and then click the\u00a0<strong>Open\u00a0<\/strong>button.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn.extendoffice.com\/images\/stories\/doc-outlook\/merge-pst-file\/doc-merge-pst-file-6.png\" width=\"576\" height=\"449\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Step 6: Click the\u00a0<strong>Next\u00a0<\/strong>button in the Import Outlook Data File dialog box.<\/p>\n<p>Step 7: In the Second Import Outlook Data File dialog box, check the option of\u00a0<strong>Import items into the same folder in<\/strong>box, and then clicking the box below and specify the .pst file that you have opened in Outlook, and click the\u00a0<strong>Finish\u00a0<\/strong>button.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn.extendoffice.com\/images\/stories\/doc-outlook\/merge-pst-file\/doc-merge-pst-file-7.png\" width=\"451\" height=\"338\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Step 8: Then a Microsoft Outlook dialog box pops up to show you the importing progress. And it will be closed automatically when importing finishes.<\/p>\n<p>These steps will import the PST file to the folder you specified . To import other PSTs, repeat the same steps for each one. Once all files have been imported, their data can be combined into a single PST.
