It aids users to send emails\u00a0within the organization and to their business or personal contacts for official or personal purposes.<\/h2>\n<div>Zoho Mail\u00a0<strong>cannot<\/strong>\u00a0be used for for sending out bulk emails in the following categories:<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Promotional emails<\/li>\n<li>Mass emails<\/li>\n<li>Marketing emails<\/li>\n<li>Newsletters<\/li>\n<li>Automated Emails<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>The emails sent via Zoho Mail should comply to the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.zoho.com\/policy.html\">Anti Spam<\/a>\u00a0policy.<\/div>\n<h2><a id=\"alink2\" href=\"https:\/\/www.blogger.com\/null\" name=\"alink2\"><\/a>Unusual Activity:<\/h2>\n<div>In case the system detects unusual activity in your account, to protect your account from being compromised\/ misused, there are some automated actions on your account. These are in place to prevent abuse and to control any potential spam\/ fraudulent phishing activities from being done using your account by Spammers or other Illegal Hackers.<\/div>\n<div>Based on the type of activity detected in the account, our system temporarily restricts email outgoing or email incoming or certain actions in your account.
