You can choose to send the\u00a0auto-reply\u00a0to\u00a0<strong>Everyone<\/strong>, to\u00a0<strong>Your contacts,<\/strong>\u00a0or to\u00a0<strong>Non-contacts<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the&nbsp;<strong>Start date<\/strong>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<strong>End date<\/strong>&nbsp;of the time period you want the reply to be sent.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the&nbsp;<strong>Time interval,&nbsp;<\/strong>if you want the out-of-office replies to be sent for emails received during a specific time range.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can also select the specific days of the week you want the reply to be sent.<br><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"out of office\" height=\"auto\" src=\"https:\/\/www.zohowebstatic.com\/sites\/zweb\/images\/mail\/ooo1_1.jpg\" width=\"800\"><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Recurrence interval:<\/strong>&nbsp;To have a gap between two consecutive out-of-office replies to the same person, provide the number of days in the&nbsp;&nbsp;&#8216;Auto respond every _ days&#8217;.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter the&nbsp;<strong>Subject<\/strong>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<strong>Content<\/strong>&nbsp;of the message.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click&nbsp;<strong>Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>The out-of-office message will be saved and will be sent to the people who email you during the specified period.
