Select\u00a0<strong>Outgoing Server\u00a0<\/strong>from the dialog box that appears.\n<ol>\n<li>Select\u00a0<strong>My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Select the option\u00a0<strong>Use same settings as my Incoming server<\/strong><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.zoho.com\/mail\/images\/outlook5.PNG\" alt=\"\" align=\"bottom\" border=\"0\" \/>\u200b<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"note\">Note:<br \/>\nIf the above option is not set, you may get an Authentication Required or Relaying Disallowed error. The Relaying Disallowed error might also occur when the email address provided is incorrect and does not match the email address set up for the account, whose credentials are provided in the email client.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li><a id=\"alink1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.blogger.com\/null\" name=\"alink1\"><\/a>Select\u00a0<strong>Advanced<\/strong>\u00a0to specify the port details for the POP and SMTP servers.\n<ol>\n<li>Incoming Server (POP3): 995<\/li>\n<li>Select\u00a0<strong>This server requires an encrypted connection (SSL)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Outgoing Server (SMTP): 465<\/li>\n<li>Select\u00a0<strong>SSL<\/strong>\u00a0from the drop down for encrypted connection<\/li>\n<li>Select\u00a0<strong>Leave a copy of messages on the server\u00a0<\/strong>if you prefer to keep messages in Zoho Mail also. Refer to the &#8216;POP Delete settings&#8217; guide for more information on deletion behavior in Zoho Mail.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.zoho.com\/mail\/images\/outlook6.PNG\" alt=\"\" align=\"bottom\" border=\"0\" \/><\/li>\n<li>Click\u00a0<strong>Ok<\/strong>\u00a0to save the settings and exit to the Add new email account window.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>Select\u00a0<strong>Test Account Settings<\/strong>\u00a0to check the settings for incoming and outgoing servers.
