{"id":97,"date":"2018-09-21T11:48:39","date_gmt":"2018-09-21T11:48:39","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/webecreator.com\/blog\/?p=97"},"modified":"2018-09-21T11:48:39","modified_gmt":"2018-09-21T11:48:39","slug":"steps-to-recall-emails-in-zoho-mail","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/webecreator.com\/blog\/steps-to-recall-emails-in-zoho-mail\/","title":{"rendered":"Steps to Recall emails in ZOHO Mail"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>Recall Sent Email<\/h1>\n<div class=\"plHr\">\n<h4>Table of Contents<\/h4>\n<div class=\"toc\">\n<ul id=\"box\">\n<li>The recall option in Zoho Mail allows you to recall emails even after you have sent them.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>The email cannot be recalled if any of the following conditions are prevalent:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If the recipient is not from within your organization.<\/li>\n<li>If the email has already been shared or is part of a Shared folder.<\/li>\n<li>If recall is attempted after 30 minutes from when the email is sent.<\/li>\n<li>Emails fetched by POP accounts cannot be recalled.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><a id=\"alink1\" name=\"alink1\"><\/a>Steps to Recall emails<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Login to\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/mail.zoho.com\/\">Zoho Mail<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Navigate to your\u00a0<strong>Sent folder<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Click on the\u00a0<strong>Mail Delivery Status (MDS)<\/strong>\u00a0icon.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"new_img\" src=\"https:\/\/iz.zohostatic.com\/sites\/default\/files\/u1590\/recall.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/li>\n<li>In the Mail delivery pop-up, click on the\u00a0<strong>Recall this email<\/strong>\u00a0button.<\/li>\n<li>A confirmation pop up will appear. Click\u00a0<strong>Proceed<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>You will get a response message based on whether the recall was a success or not. If the recall is a success, the recipient will receive an email indicating that an email with the mentioned specifics was recalled.<\/p>\n<h2><a id=\"alink2\" name=\"alink2\"><\/a>Types of Recall Responses<\/h2>\n<p>If you are trying to recall an email that has multiple recipients within and outside your organization, you will receive one of the following responses:<\/p>\n<div class=\"table-box\">\n<table border=\"1\" cellspacing=\"1\" cellpadding=\"1\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td class=\"rtecenter\">\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"new_img\" src=\"https:\/\/iz.zohostatic.com\/sites\/default\/files\/u1590\/sucrecall.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/td>\n<td class=\"rtecenter\">Complete Success<\/td>\n<td class=\"rtecenter\">The email has been recalled from the inbox of all the recipients.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td class=\"rtecenter\">\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"new_img\" src=\"https:\/\/iz.zohostatic.com\/sites\/default\/files\/u1590\/parrecall.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/td>\n<td class=\"rtecenter\">Partial Success<\/td>\n<td class=\"rtecenter\">The email has been recalled from the inbox of some of the recipients and not all.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td class=\"rtecenter\">\u00a0<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"new_img\" src=\"https:\/\/iz.zohostatic.com\/sites\/default\/files\/u1590\/fairecall.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/td>\n<td class=\"rtecenter\">Complete Failure<\/td>\n<td class=\"rtecenter\">The email could not be recalled from the inbox of any of the recipients.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/div>\n<h2>Feature availability<\/h2>\n<p>The Recall email feature is exclusively available only for our paid Organization account users.<\/p>\n<p>Free Organization account users can avail this feature once they have upgraded to a paid plan.
