- Click Settings.
- Go To Mail Settings » Send Mail As
- Click the ‘Primary email’ across the particular email address under ‘Configured From addresses’
- In the ‘Display Name’ text box, provide the preferred Display Name
- Click ‘Update’ to save the changes.
